Happy Sunburst Cards

I think we all need some more sunshine in our lives, and I love the bright colour scheme of this sunburst card! I made it at the same time as my other sunburst cards, but just changed up the colours. I'm a fan of keeping things simple ;)
Hope you're having a sunshiny week!

For this card I used:
- Plain coloured yardstick scraps
- Close To My Heart Happy Birds stamp
- CTMH black ink
- Mont Marte watercolours
- Pentel Aquash water brush pen

Under the Sea Birthday Cards

Today's cards are a cute little set of 'under the sea' themed cards. I made these cards with my little nephews in mind, but the stamps I used are very versatile so I am looking forward to seeing what else I can make with them!
I found these adorable little sea animal stamps in the clearance box at Kaisercraft, and I also used the Kaisercraft 'Mermaid Tails' stamp set, along with the 'Joyful Birthday' stamp set from Close to My Heart.
I recently discovered that I am seriously lacking in male/boyish birthday cards! So many craft supplies are very feminine so it's difficult finding items with a more "masculine" look. I was very excited when my husband pulled these adorable sea creatures out of the clearance box!

Beautiful Day Sunburst Cards

A few months ago I cut out a bunting to decorate the library of the school I work at and I had a lot of scrap card off-cuts left over. I couldn't bring myself to throw them out because there's plenty of lovely projects you can make with card scraps! So, the other day I pulled out my card making supplies and decided that it was time that I use them up. These are two of the little cards I created :) The cardstock came from a Kmart 12x12 assorted pad, and I used my 'Happy Birds' stamp set from Close to My Heart. :)
I love having little cards like these on hand to send to friends 'just because.' Letter writing is one of my favourite things when I have the time - there's nothing like the excitement of mailing a card to try and brighten a friend's day. :) Happy crafting! Hannah x
